Bio-Formats is included with the Fiji distribution of ImageJ. The OME Bio-Formats plugins provide support for over 130 file formats in microscopy, medical imaging, and related life science formats. Interestingly, I was able to open the same file with an old Fiji (April 2022) I had on my computer. Thanks to ImageJ’s extensibility via plugins, it supports a lot of image formats. I downloaded fresh Fiji today on my Windows 10, and tried to open the example data, but it is giving me the error below.
